We are a group of Edinburgh based militant, anti-fascists, dedicated to the fight against Nazism, racism, sexism, homophobia and the far right in all its threatening forms. We were established to help defend our streets and the city of Edinburgh against any fascist menace that attempts to rear its ugly head. We are not aggressors. We do not seek out violence, but will not hesitate to defend ourselves against violent fascists. Our goal is to provide a legitimate, militant resistance against all Nazi and fascist ideology, to protect all people from those who follow the footsteps of Hitler and Mussolini, Mosley and other fascist ideologues. We will not tolerate them. We will not stand by and allow the rise of Nazism and its fascist companions to be replicated here. We will stop at nothing to defend our streets, our city and the people that reside here from their supremacist ideologies. We shall not allow them to pass and we shall not allow them to go unopposed in our city; these are not merely people with different ideas who wish to engage in meaningful discussions as they so often claim, these are violent fascists who wish to prey on the weak and disadvantaged in society in order to cement and extend their own privilege. We are the hammer that will smash the far right.
